Refund policy

We want you to feel completely confident in your skincare purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.

To get started, please email a brief description of your reason for returning the item, along with your order number, to info@platedskinscience.com.

Once we approve your return, we will provide instructions for returning your item(s), along with complimentary return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back, as we may not accept returns submitted without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order when it arrives, and if anything is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at info@platedskinscience.com. We'll take a look and do our best to make it right.

Exchanges
Want to exchange an item for something different? No problem. Please complete the return process above, then place a separate order once the return is accepted.

Refunds
We'll let you know as soon as we approve your refund. Once approved, we'll automatically return it to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take a little additional time for the refund to appear.
